Sanskrit & Mantra Chanting Workshop

Mantra is a Sanskrit word derived from "Manah" and "Yantra". Manah literally means "Mind" and the word "Yantra" means instrument. So, the mantra is the instrument for the mind.

Shiva’s damru (drum) is the source of all sound: called Naadha – the divine vibration. From this stream, springs the Sanskrit alphabet. Each alphabet is a beej mantra (seed) that gives rise to further consonants.

Sound waves can be used as a form of meditation, and many believe that when Sanskrit mantras are chanted, they can help to bring about balance and harmony in the body and mind. Research has shown that chanting Sanskrit mantras can have a positive effect on the physical body.

The syllables of each mantra and consonants with accuracy. • Chanting each mantra in the correct pitch, continuity, and flow to the desired effect. • Use of mantra is imperative for those who wish to deepen knowledge and experience the spirituality. • Vedic chanting and their rules • Mantras can be used as remedies for all types of life situations, rituals, specifically for healing therapies. • The workshop will take place online live via zoom/Google Meet over 5-days for 2 hours per day.
